I am 45 years old for three years I lived with a woman 45 also in SC and in Florida for one year. We intended upon marriage but her son who was fifteen was with her and his medical because of autism his meds and stuff would have cost me over 3000,00 a month just for him and her because she had a stack of medical problems and should have been given medical disability but was denied many times.
I loved this woman very much and provided over 70 percent of her living expenses for the entire time we were together. We struggled when moving to Florida on 4/19/2011 but were making progress In making it I know it was rough but he was on disability and she was living on his money to and drawing medical off him. Long story short we were in a wreck in October 16 2011 that killed her son and hurt both of us I was at fault but was nothing I could have done it was his time to go. She did not accept this and has yet to heal she became with drawn and as time went on left our rental here in Florida in a mess and I allowed her to return to her hometown in Ohio loaned her the money out of a joint checking account which she had not deposited anything in since Oct with the promise she would pay it back when she returned. On 3/11/2012 I got a text from her stating she wanted to stay with her family no offer of relief nothing. She is hiding from me left all her stuff here in Florida demanding I return to her property with no offer to pay shipping or nothing. She has broken the lease here the landlord wants her sued which is planning to. The town hates her and I am lost she does not respect my lawyer and has violated the following laws here (5) counts signed estate paperwork in Florida and government documents with my last name we are not married. Breach of trust over the money and not returning witness and paperwork to support it (1 count living to gether in SC while she is still married in Ohio since age 17 ) 1 Count same in Florida as well as Cohabitation theft by taking removing property when leaving not hers and driving in Fl for one year with NC drivers license as well as outstanding warrant in Ohio 14.700 for child support from earlier marriage. She has now gone back with father of her son they were not married and he is wanted for failure to pay child support for son 7800,00 she and him will be splitting estate of 50,000 less expenses that she is pr for here in Florida on 6/11/2012 her kids are all grown and wanted mom under their thumb – I’m out cold still love this woman want her to get mental help do I have any legal remedy in getting justice in this?
