My friend and i applied for a loan.and he told me that we will use MY atm to give it to the person who’s gonna lend us the money. Then come payday (nov.10-morning) he told me that the person who is holding my atm is on rest day and he said he will be in tonight,so come night shift (nov10-night) . Then he told me that the person who holds my atm is at rest day so he can’t get my atm. so i waited for him until the morning (nov 11-morning) and he still explains that he still haven’t seen the person holding my atm because he is still on rest day. That night he went to work and i was left in our apartment then i saw a withdrawal slip lying on the floor near his bed, i looked at it and saw that the last 4 digits of the account in the slip was mine and he withdrew almost everything and left 338php in my account. so when i asked him if he saw the person holding my atm he was still insisting that he haven’t seen the person yet. i told him that i accessed my acct online and saw that i only have 338php left and asked what’s happening, i acted like i didn’t know what’s happening Ange he is still giving reasons that he still doesn’t have my atm…until i told him that i knew what he did..
Can i file a lawsuit against my friend for doing that? please give me ans answer because i don’t know what to do as of this moment.. thanks in advance.
